The carpet had multiple stains from 3 years of rough use and marks left during move out, but they were able to get everything out so it looks good as new! Easy to use booking system with very rapid availability (booked a Monday afternoon cleaning on Friday afternoon). Great communication leading up to the appointment - gave us a 30 min arrival window and when the prior appointment went a bit over, let us know ahead of time about the approximately 15 minute delay in arrival. I’m talking toddler and giant shedding dog damage, all erased in a couple of hours. They did an incredible job vacuuming, cleaning, and protecting our couch. We had a couch that needed cleaning. There was 5 years of food, animal, and well used dirt that Fabio said he could address. He worked on it about an hour and showed us the finished product. It looks almost like new. Fabio was extremely pleasant, timely and knowledgeable about his products. I would highly recommend him for upholstery cleaning. He did a great job and was very accommodating to my needs. He was able to service my carpet the very next day as well as add on an upholstery service last minute and complete both in and out in under 2 hours. Now a room that stained and odored in pet urine is back fresh and clean as well as a couch that was in danger of the same setting. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend as well as reuse them for future projects. Thanks for such speedy accommodating service.

Fabio was super responsive and helpful. I needed him for an emergency on a Sunday, and he was able to help within a couple of hours. I thought I was going to need to replace the carpet completely, but he was able to remove the stains. Highly recommend!!

I'm a pretty Type-A person so I did quite a bit of poking around before selecting a company to clean a couple of pieces of neglected, upholstered furniture. Soap & Steam has received consistently glowing reviews across several platforms and is well-regarded by the BBB. And I can see why! Fabio has been very attentive from the moment I initiated contact, responding to my call quickly, asking me for photos of the furniture and discussing what would be done to include very clear pricing. (I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw a review for a *different* company that apparently charged extra to clean the other side of removable sear cushions!!!) I experienced NONE of that nonsense with Soap & Steam. I received a timely appointment; enjoyed friendly and clear communication with Fabio; and am tickled with the results of his work. Fabio was amazing and such a great job. The unit I live in is pretty run down with carpet over 30+years old that a landlord refuses to change. I usually get steam cleaning services done every year to keep it looking presentable but life got in the way and my last cleaning was over 2.5 years ago. It was a night and day difference after he was done. Since I was on site, he even checked in with me after every room before moving on to the next to ensure his work was done to my liking. Would highly recommend and use his services again!

Fabio & Caesar were so fast and efficient, by the time I finished with brunch down the street they were done (within the hour)! This was my first time hiring carpet cleaning services and i’m satisfied with my results. The only thing I’d do differently, and my advice to you, is to move all the little things you can. They don’t move the bedside tables, or small shoe rack. Which I now understand, is not their job and possibly a liability issue. It was my first time ever doing this so now I know! They will however move the bigger tables if simple enough to get under there and if you communicate that to them. There aren’t really any price differences for rooms even if a majority of the room is taken up by a big bed– just something to keep in mind! The convenience and cleanliness though was worth it! Fabio and Caesar are incredibly friendly and professional. I’ll definitely hire them again and tell my friends about them as well. Thanks guys!

Fabio showed up on time, in fact, early ready to go to work. He assessed my carpet and gave me a fair price for the work. My carpets came out amazing! He was so courteous and kind. I immediately rescheduled for my next carpet cleaning appointment because when you find companies that do good work, you repay them by becoming a repeat customer.
